Music and Healing Experience (音愈会) is an ongoing seasonal listening series presented by Echoes of China Ensemble, exploring how Chinese musical thought can inspire contemporary practices of listening, reflection, and collective presence.

Drawing on the traditional relationships between the Five Tones (五音), the Five Elements (五行), and the rhythms of the seasons, each gathering is shaped by a particular moment of the year. Through thoughtfully curated performances and immersive environments, Music and Healing Experience invites participants to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves, one another, and the natural world.

Rather than presenting Chinese musical traditions as historical artifacts or cultural heritage alone, Music and Healing Experience approaches them as living practices with continued relevance today.
